Batterson Values Guide Employee and Customer Interaction

Batterson lives by six primary values that guide the conduct of our business and our interaction with our employees. We hold ourselves accountable for upholding these values, and look for and expect similar qualities and values in the people we hire.

  1. Safety - Safety first! No exceptions! Each employee demonstrates safe work habits, looking out for themselves, fellow employees and the traveling public.

  2. Quality - We do the job right, on time, the first time and every time.

  3. Teamwork - We work together to achieve shared goals within our company and with our customers.

  4. Service - We are, first and foremost, a service provider. Our job is complete when the customer is satisfied.

  5. Vision - We see the possibilities of what we can achieve by living our values. Belief in our Vision helps us achieve things others only talk about.

  6. Honesty - We only make commitments we intend to keep with our employees and with our customers. We promise only what we know we can deliver. We do not knowingly mislead others and do not participate in or condone corrupt or unacceptable business practices.
